Search Criteria problems

I just translated one of our databases.   (Lucky me, it only took two tries to complete a translate with no errors)

When I search in a date field for empty records using
/= it does not work, it returns all records.  Then "not empty" works in Text fields.  Did I miss a step in the user manual?

No you are doing nothing wrong. This is a bug which slipped into release 1.0.0.  It is fixed in the release now being tested.

Has this changed in Sesame?

It has not changed. Your syntax is correct.

So is this correct?

I think we're working on the assumption that this is a typo, since jyellis seems to know how it works for text fields, correctly mentioning it as "not empty". Either way, the bug would make it a problem. If jyellis is indeed confused about the syntax, your earlier post has likely cleared it up for him/her.
