Hello Again, Lanticans, Sesame members,

I created a new columnar report  and saved it.

I run a retreive and preview a report in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.

Next, I click on the Word Edit Icon. 

Word opens report with everything boxed which I like, in web view. when I view print preview or got to print, It prints with all the text vertical(print view). I assume this is because it is a *.html report format?  My goal it get reports print qucikly and intuitively with out having to diddle with lots of formating.  Basically, I need it quick.

Q- Has anyone tried this? I am trying to get the page to print what is on the screen(web view) to fit on one page.  Does anyone have any good tips on web printing?

Q-  Or getting the page to print to one page in Internet Explorer 6.0

I have been  slowly getting a handle on the Report Writer. 

I agree, using excel is a better choice to format a report to page to fit on one page.
