Compressed printing

I translated from Q&A 4.0 DOS and ran a report. In Q&A the printing was compressed and there was one line per item. I
had hoped the report would print the same without any additional work on my part but the font was larger and there were two lines per item.
My attempts to correct this were to no avail. Tried changing
font and size in Property Editor but that didn't work. Is it necessary to program using PrintString ?
Thanks for any help you can give me.  Harley

Harley,

Q&A uses the old DOS fonts. Sesame uses the Windows/Linux fonts.

To change the font for a report, you need to change the font for each element you want to be affected. Each element on a report can have a different font, if you want.

Click on the report element you want to change and change the font and/or size in the Property Editor. To select multiple elements, hold down Shift and click each one you want to change.

To see if your changes are being applied, you can click Toggle Display Mode in the Commands panel to see a sample of your formatting.

Please let us know if this works for you.
