I looked on the forum and seen how to copy a database into an application and then clear the data, but not quite sure how do to the following.

In out application we have a database called Permits03.  I want to copy the form and programing to a new database called Permits04.

Is there an easy way, or does it work to

Open the existing application in designer
Save as new designer file
Remove the other databases
Delete the Data in Permits03
Change the name to Permits04
Save as a new application
Then merge to the existing application
