import tab separated file?

How do I import a Tab separated ASCII file?

I am not a Mac guy, but the format is mainly from that arena, so I would suppose it to be a common request for import.

I tried to preload the file in a spreadsheet and then resave the file as quote enclosed, but that still didn't create a file that would properly import do to blank fiields being considered end of line.

Help!

Tab is @chr (9).  If you replace each tab with ",", you should be able to get that file to Q&A. (I am still not convince about the versatility of Sesame Import)  What does the file exactly look like. Can you post couple of records?  I am sure the file can be manupulated to be acceptable to Sesame.
