Changing colors

I just downloaded the new Sesame database manager and tried the first quick-start tutorials.  So far so good except for customizing the form by changing the colors.
When Sesame downloaded everything is Green.  The color choices show up but they will not work.  No matter what color I pick it is still Green it only changes to light or dark.
I have windows 98.
Is there a setting that I have missed?
I cannot proceed with with learning the program until this is corrected, I cannot see the fields or text.

Help,
Sue

Sue,

What is your color resolution setting? What is your screen resolution setting?

Hi Sue,

I didn't realize it was you!  Grin

I'm responding here so that everyone can get the benefit of the answer.

You report that your color resolution is 256. Try increasing that to 16 bit or 24 bit.

Let me know if that fixes it.

Smiley Smiley
I changed from 256 to high color (16bit) and it worked.
Thank you Erica.  I can now proceed with the tutorials.
It is great knowing help and support is only a click away.
