Shortcut Keys  Alt-F5 for Inserting Time

This doesn't work for me, maybe because I'm using a UK keyboard? Ctrl-F5 for date works fine, it also seems to work where the element is bound to time!

I'm mystified.  It works for me, in any type of field. And with a UK keyboard.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm also mystified. I tested on another Windows 98 machine and got the same result, no "time" but a "date" worked even though the element was bound to time. I then tried using a Windows 2000 machine which worked fine for "time", it also accepted a "date".
Its no big deal, I'll just have to upgrade systems.

To Guy Higson Specifically:

Still wrestling with Windows 98?
Windows 2000 works much better in Switzerland
