Form Size

I finally got my Q&A translation set up properly and when I go to print, it prints in the top left corner very small. I have read most of the posts here about that problem and the workaround but I can't get it print correctly. The form background is very large and that is my problem. It says in the workaround to make it smaller but it doesn't say how. I know how to make the sesame form smaller, I just can't get in on this one. I've tried clicking in the blank are of the background and it doesn't select anything and I've also tried to put in the width size manually and it doesn't do anything either. It tells me that no element is selected. Any Ideas? Or do I need to set it up to do a word merge?

Just to elaborate, clicking a blank area of the Form selects the Form itself. At that point, the Property Viewer will say "No elements selected". This is correct. Click a blank area of the Form, enter a value in Width (on the Property Editor) and click the Set button. If nothing happens, it may because you tried to resize the Form to a size so small that it no longer contains its elements. If this is the case, you will need to move the elements first, then resize the Form.

I tried that. I also tried to hold the shift and left arrow and nothing. Any more ideas?

Nothing you do will make the Form resize in such a way that it no longer surrounds its elements. Make sure that you don't have any elements near the right edge of your Form that are preventing it from resizing.

Please let me know if this is the case.

I'm going to need to see the application to troubleshoot this further. Can you send the dsr and ddt to support@lantica.com marked to my attention?

As soon as they route it to me, I'll take a look and see if I can spot the problem.

Dman,

You have a large piece of static text near the bottom of your form that begins with "Magnolia Import Auto Service warranties..."

This element is very wide and is preventing your Form from resizing. Reduce the width of this element and you will be able to resize your Form.
