s_conf file (multiuser install)

I seem to have to recopy the s_conf file from the multiuser install disk into \Sesame on the server when my application crashes. The crash causes me to restart the server as I cannot open Designer or Sesame.  I have to recopy the file otherwise I am only allowed 1 connection, as opposed to the 5 I should have.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.
