Change order of tabbed form

I have a form that has a tab form on it.
The tab form has 3 tabs.  I want to change the order of the tabs, if possible.

The only way to do it right now is to drag the elements off the tab, delete the tab page, make a new tab page and drag them back on. I've added this capability to the feature request list.
