opening application gives weird command tree

Sometimes when I open an application in Sesame, I'm getting a weird Command tree.  I don't see my forms or layouts, I instead see a tree beginning with System Database with subtrees with Security and Event List and Server->Global Value (just to name a few).  If I try to open my application again, everything is as it should be.

Hm, strange...
