A very good program for converting and formatting HTML files (the format of Sesame reports) is HTMLDoc from Easy Software (http://www.easysw.com). Easy Software (Mike Sweet and CO.) is one of the major contributors and developers of FLTK - the user interface library used by Sesame. HTMLDoc will convert HTML files to PDF, Postscript, and Indexed HTML. It can be used with its graphical user interface, or from command line. It runs on Windows (all flavors), MacOs X, Linux and most other flavors of Unix. It can generate a table of contents and title pages. It supports control of fonts, font styles, character sets, embedded fonts, Postscript level (1,2, & 3), Xerox Job comments, printer commands, PDF version, PDF page mode, PDF multi-column, PDF page effects, encryption and security, width control, and colors. You can control page size and layout, margins, page headers and footers, page numbering, and more. Best of all, it is free to download, though they do request actually money for a user support contract.
