Subform in form view - scroll bars won't go away

I have been trying to do some work with subforms and I can't seem to get rid of the scroll bars in form view - even with the subform window is more than large enough to fit it, without fail it always adds scroll bars? is there any way to turn this off? In some cases it looks rediculous in others it makes it impossible to use the subform as needed (very small single field forms).

Anyone find a work around for this problem? Is there maybe a setting I haven't seen?

Thanks,
Justin

I also find those scroll bars distracting when on a form that doesn't need them.  I couldn't seem to remove them either.

You'll notice they also appear on the main form whether or not they are needed. Angry

If I remember correctly, I believe I got the scroll bars on a subform box to go away by making the subform box MUCH larger than it needed to be while in design mode on the parent form. Of course, this takes up unnecessary space on the parent form.  Undecided

Steve,

Making the subform box larger only works if the Subform View is set to "Table".  If it's set to "Form", the scroll bars never go away.

Oh, your right. I was thinking of table mode.

Sorry bout that.

either way, those scroll bars have got to go. They take up valuable space on the screen.

We don't know of a way to get rid of the scrollbars on subforms in the current release.  That doesn't mean there isn't one.

As to a more permanent solution, it's on our to do list. We'll look into it.
