Importing

I am currently designing (in my free time) for a switch from QA4 to Sesame. Records are still being added to the QA4 database daily, so I design froze the fields and translated a copy of the db to Sesame.  This allowed me to design the forms. The database is for complaints and as such there are 3 phases to each record (i.e. Complaint Generation, Investigation and Corrrective Action) so a record might be open up to a month. I thought once I got the form designs ready all I would have to do is to mass delete records in Sesame then import the current records from QA4. Is there a method of importing the QA4 data straight into my now blank Sesame db? The QA4 database could not be simplier there is only 1 lookup from a customer account number that feeds the customer name and address fields. My gut tells me that I willl have to export the QA4 db to some delimited form and then import into Sesame.

Any thoughts on this issue would be appreciated
Thanks
