Can QA4 data be imported?

I've worked with the Sesame program for quite some time now, and have got the programming just the way I want it. Unfortunately, the rest of the office has continued to work with QA4.
I need to update my data with their new data.
can I move the new data over somehow?

I need to do the same, from the reading I've done the only way is to convert it to a ascii or csv then import it. This is outlined on page 279 of the user guide. Maybe there is another way but I havent seen it.

Just export your data from Q&A using the Standard ASCII option and import it into Sesame.
