Bharat, My thoughts were that @Mode would not even be an issue if we had separate events such as "On Retrieve Spec Element Entry" and "On Retrieve Spec Element Exit". Erika, After posting the suggestion to use @Mode, I realized that it would probably be a nightmare for you to deal with on the technical side. That's why I posted later regarding the additional events option. That should be backwards compatible and still be simple enough for users to program.

	Carl and Erika, Yes, It sounds good. Carl is suggesting two additional On Retrieve Element Entry and On Retrieve Element Exit events. So there will be total three On Retrieve Events namely On Retrieve Spec Open On Retrieve Element Entry On Retrieve Element Exit This will open up the whole new horizon and possibilities.
