modifying command tree

I was wondering if any funcitonality was added to control the command tree on the left hand side - I am creating many forms to be used as subforms and I only want certain ones to be visible to certain users as it would cause a lot of confusion in its current form. At this point there should only really be 2 or 3 forms visible with 8-10 being used as subforms Is there any way to hide these while the application is being served for certain users? They need to be able to access them through subform but not directly as a main form.

Thanks,
Justin

How about using a form with buttons for the reports/forms vs. using the command tree?  Buttons could be visible based on user ID.

The issue isn't with the visibility of reports its about the visibility of forms. That might work as a temporary solution but it is something that should be set up at some point as it makes it much cleaner and removes the possibility of mistakes.

We've got some features in the works for giving you these capabilities.

Glad to hear that hammer, I was going to just use programming to fill in certain fields - unfortuantely you can't do a retrieve on these programmed fields so I started setting up subforms unfortunately this creates a lot of tables that the users don't actually need/want to see.
