Losing Connection to Sesame

We are using Sesame on a server in a Windows Network environment. At least once every day, sometimes 3-4 times, we get "kicked" out of Sesame and must go open the program again. There seems to be no consistent action that is causing this to happen. Any thoughts?

Does the Sesame server itself stop running, or do the clients die on you? In either case, is there an error message of any kind? What does it look like when you get "kicked out"? After being kicked out, are you able to immediately reconnect?

The server doesn't stop running, but the Sesame application does. There are no error messages, the clients just stop responding.
We have to go to the server and open the Sesame Server again.

Diagnostics on this sort of set up can be difficult. I suggest you contact tech support on this one, so they can have you try some things.
