Erika,

Your thoughts are very likely. I did give it several minutes, then assumed I locked up and Did an end task on Designer, but not on Runtime.

I remember being concerned so I popped into a form, but did not search for a record, then popped back out and closed. Then I could not re-open.

I'll watch closer for hidden windows that do not show up when I alt-tab.

To whom should I e-mail a copy of one of our locked databases?  Which files do you want?  I would like to send these to you to see if you can figure out why the files are continuing to get locked/broken/whatever.  Not a rush, just trying to help trouble-shoot.

Also, is there another avenue for tech support?  I never heard back from anyone after posting via the support web page.

The support forms are always replied to promptly. Sometimes, however, the reply is filtered out by the recipient's spam filter. You should add support@lantica.com to your address book to make sure you receive their messages.

Hello Spanitz,

The last Technical Support Request that I have from you was submitted on May 28th. We exchanged several e-mails that day and you were going to get back to me with information the following tuesday after you visited your client.

Did you submit any support requests after May 28th?
