Yes. The instructions depend on where you want it. Are you putting it in a Form? Report? PrintString?

Or is this a general mathematical theory question?  Grin

OK. I can tell you how to make a box and draw lines inside of it, but do you then need to type on these lines, or is this just decorative?

It would be considered decorative.

OK, then!
1. In Designer, Use the Layout Element Adder to make a Box. Size and position it as desired.
2. Click on your Form outside the new box.
3. Use the Layout Element Adder to make a Line. Position it inside the box.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have all your lines.

Hint: Once you make the Line, it may be easier to move it using Ctrl with the arrow keys. Lines are very thin and can hard to drag with the mouse.

I'll tell you a secret. Under the hood, a line and a box are exactly the same thing. To turn a horizontal line into a vertical line, grab the resize handle and and make it a tall skinny box instead of a wide flat box.  You can also use Shift + arrow or the Position settings in the Property Editor.

You have to print with background to get the lines and boxes. If you use a white background for the Form, it won't print a background color.

The line draw characters from Q&A are a special kind of element that does not get turned off with the No Background option.
