Resizing Forms

Is there a way to resize a form all at once? (ie: form, element and text)  Or do I have to go through the painstaking work of reconfiguring the entire form?

There is no "scale" command, but it's not really all that painstaking. You can resize the Form itself, then rubberband to select all the elements. You can then resize/refont/reposition all the elements at once and use Increase Vertical Spacing to spread them out.
