More elementary questions

Time for another simple question that I can't find an answer to in the user's guide.  How do I get a static image to show up?  I can put a static picture element on the layout, but how do I tell it what image i want to show there?
???  ???

I believe you need to put the image filename on the label

BTW, Sesame comes with a Documentation Supplement pdf which documents both the many feature additions since 1.00 and also covers some documentation errors and omissions.  The current one is 104Supplement.pdf .

I couldn't get that to work.  Does Sesame support .jpg images?

Yes, although there are many kinds of jpgs, and we can't support all of them. Sesame supports BMP, JPG and PNG.

It may be a path problem. Static images do not the use the application image path. Try using the full path to your image.
