Can Someone please tell me how:

If I have a database in a application and I want to copy a database to the same application how is that done. I would like to have the same look and fields but for other data. If I use copy a layout it adds it to the existing database. I want to add another copy to the application.

Hello,

First things first back up your DB file.

Open Designer.
Open your DB file.
Save it as a new DSR file.
Remove everything but the database and forms that you want.
Rename that database, and the forms in it.
Save it as a new DB file.

Open Sesame
Open your original DB file.
Expand the application utilites folder
Click Merge Application.
Choose the DB file that you just created.
