Qa4 question

My office manager tells me she made some changes to some Qa4 feilds, without recording the entries for the conversion  Angry
So, I now need to pull up the last entries made in qa4. Problem is that the entries she made did not change any of the date fields.
Is there a way I can pull up the entries in table view as they were entered? Is that the default?
If I just hit F10, then go to table view?
