I'm trying to get a lowbalance report to run, which I know use to work, now I get a syntax error the spec is:
Total <= Reorderlevel
both layout elements are number layouts.
If I put it in quotes I don't get the syntax error, just no records returned by query.  ???

Try:
{Total <= Reorderlevel}
