	Hello In one of my DB's I have some check boxes. When I check a box, instead of a check mark I have an umlaut (�) in the box. Does anyone know why this is happening. Any hint would be helpful. Hunkulus

	Is it only happening on one computer? Is it only happening in one Application(.DB)? -Ray

	Hello Ray It happens on my laptop and my desktop computer. I checked my App. on someone elses computer that uses Sesame and it shows a proper check mark. All computers use Windows XP. Go figure. Hunkulus

	Which wingding fonts do you have installed on your computer? Have you installed or uninstalled any fonts since the computers were set up? -Ray

	Hello Ray As usual you hit the nail right on the head. I checked and found one of the wingding fonts missing (not installed). My fault for thinking I don't need them. All is well now. Thanks. Hunkulus

	So you installed the missing wingdings font and now you have no more umlauts in your checkboxes, correct? -Ray

	Yes Ray That is exactly right! That is what you get for trying to save some HDD space. You see all these funny fishes and do-hickys and say to yourself "I don't need those things". Well, I see how wrong one can be. Thanks again, Hunkulus
