Security Manager - Failed to Save

When setting a group to "read only" after I unchecked the allow write and allow execute boxes on all elements, I get this error message.

Failed to save a security record [206: Director]

I have multiple forms.  I have done one with no errors.  But this second form; I receive this error message.
