Count Summary Calculations in Reports

I have Summar Calculation Counts on two columns.  The first counts the number of laptops and the second is supposed to count the number indicated as "YES" for leased. 

I am getting the same result for both columns as it looks at the number of records retrieved and not the specific data in each.

Is there a way for Count to distinguish and count only the records that return a YES value ?
