result of a blown fuse, the record that was open appears to be locked. Not the app, just one record

Thanks Ray, Sorry for so long to get back, very busy here right now.
I realized the problem when I saw the 2 of 3 note on the server with no computers in Sesame.
Restart of the server cured it.
