@SelectTreeItem Problem

Hi all,

I'm building a form to act as a control panel, with buttons to simplify navigation between forms and to use pre-saved retrieves and sorts, using @SelectTreeItem

I've got my first button programmed, and it takes me to a different form, no problem.

However, I've tried to program a button to close out the existing form and take me back to my control panel, and it doesn't like that at all!

My command is:

@SelectTreeItem("Search Update Menu!Navigation!Save Record and Close Form (shift-F10)")

On execution, this highlights the function on the command tree in red, but otherwise does nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions on fixing this, or a workaround?

Thanks!
Blair

Hello Blair,

@SelectTreeItem can not be used to close a form. You will want to use @Exit to close the form.

Hello Blair,

Well I hope you would try not to break anything, cause now that you are back in canada I can't walk over and fix it for you.

Now if I had a car that got say 65 mpg then I might just drive up there. Grin
