Copying forms

I am intrested in copying a form from one application to another.  Can I do this or do I have to recreate it from scratch?

This is done in Database Manager, not in Designer.

Existing form(s) is in Application A
Create new Application B

Application B must not have same form name(s) as those coming in from A. 

Open Application B and Merge Application A into B.

Now using Designer, open and modify as needed.
May have to delete other merged forms, reports, databases, etc. that are not wanted.
