Q&A translation-all numbers have 6 decimal place?

Every time I translate one of my Q&A databases, the number fields after translation have six decimal places.  For instance, if my customer code is "120" in Q&A, after translation the field is filled as "120.000000".

It's no big deal to reformat the forms in databases with only a few number fields, but some of my upcoming translations will be of databases with dozens of number fields.

Is there a way to tell Sesame to interpret such fields with specific decimal places (0 or 2 will be the most common; I can't imagine having any number that is six decimal places) *before* the translation?  Do I need to reformat the fields in Q&A first?  As far as I know, none of my number fields in Q&A are currently formatted for six decimal places.

Any help would be appreciated.

Three methods for dealing with are available on the FAQ:

The method you want depends on the data being translated.
