The Sesame Training Center survey results are in and they are ...  drum roll ... ENTIRELY INCONCLUSIVE!

Every class in every location for every month got a similar number of requests. The only thing that is clear is that all of you want a training class in your location as soon as possible. Given that there is no strong location preference among the group as a whole, and that the cancellation policies for meeting space are less than forgiving, we've decided simply to throw the ball up in the air and see who comes down with it.

As most people were interested in the Beginner level classes, we're starting with those. We will do three-day sessions with each day being a different class. You can attend any or all of them. Discounts are applied for multiple classes and/or multiple attendees.
The classes are:
Day 1: Translating Q&A Databases to Sesame
Day 2: Designing Sesame Applications - Beginner-Intermediate
Day 3: Programming Sesame With SBasic - Beginner-Intermediate

A special registration form has been created for the November classes.
To register, you select a location from a list of viable venues, choose a date preference and indicate which classes you want to attend. By filling out the registration, you cast your vote. The ones that fill up first (or most) will be scheduled for November.

If your location does not "win" your credit card will not be charged.  If your location does win, your credit card will be charged, so make sure you really do want to register. Either way, you will notified no less than 30 days before the class date.

Once the November classes are booked, we'll schedule the December classes, and so on.

Bottom line, if you want a training class in your area, get in there and vote!

While New York City surveyed well as a class venue, the
costs to hold classes there are prohibitive. Rather than
drive up the cost of the classes, we are offering Newark

St Louis, MO - November 8-10, 2005

Los Angeles is still leading for this session, however, it
does not yet have enough registrations to schedule the class.

December Class Sessions Confirmed
-----------------------------------------------
The December sessions both received enough votes to
get themselves booked. The Weekend session (Dec 2-4)
will be held in Toronto, Canada. The Weekday session
(Dec 6-8) is booked for Dallas, TX.

The Dallas session has the usual lineup of classes, but,
for Toronto, we booked the Integration class in place of
Q&A Translation.

January Classes

The January classes are now up for vote. Tampa has an
early lead for the Weekday session (Jan 24-26). Tampa
in January sounds good to me, so I hope to see enough
