Reconciliation issue

I'm trying to reconcile my application. I am getting a message: "Failure while reconciling application. C:\Sesame\Program|Workorders.db. Application is in use."

We only have three computers running the program at present. None is logged into the app.

Our system admin person for the server is not here today. I'm here all weekend and can't afford to be locked out. Is there anything I can do??

Can you see the Sesame server window?

Does it show 0 of X
or 1 of x

in the connections box?

Does the application name show in the applications open box of the Sesame Server window?

I got to the server and launched the database from there, vs my shortcut, and was able to reconcile without issue. Can't do it from my shortcut to the database. Perplexing, but as long as I can reconcile, that's all I care about for now. Thanks for the quick response.
