Can Sesame be setup so that the user doesn't see the menu on the left hand side but more of a custom application ?  I want to setup all the pull down menus and custom forms for the user to use.

Thanks,
Chris

Chris,

The Command Area can be closed via several methods including:
1. The Close Command Area choice on the View menu (User Guide - p.39)
2. The -closed startup switch (User Guide - p. 497)
3. The CloseCommandArea() command in SBasic (Programming Guide - p.157)

If you close the Command Area, you may want to provide a way for your user to reopen it. There are hundreds of functions available from the command trees. You probably don't want to have to reimplement all of them.

You might want to look at the Create An Automated Menu sample application available in the Lantica Support area.
