1.  From the Main Designer Tree 
2.  Manage a Database 
3.  Expand the Database 
4.  Manage Layouts 
5.  Under Action in right side of of split window, select Copy a Layout 
6.  Under Layout Name, expand Reports, and select report to be copied
7.  Enter new report name in the field for New Name 
8.  Click on Add Transaction to  Batch 
9.  Click on Run Batch.  Should now see new report listed in left side of split window. 
10. Close windows and return to normal designer.
