ADDING NEW USERS

I am looking at adding four new users.  I had no problem deleteing the old users but when I go to add USER (new).  I get a message saying Warning: can not add user!

What version are you using? Do you know which version the application was created with?

Yes the latest version. 1.1.3 I believe with the Dec 05 release date.
