The "Reconcile Application Options" box could really use a line, or something, somewhere, that tells you what db you've selected to reconcile your dsr with.

Reconciling my Equipment.db with my Employee.dsr did not accomplish what I wanted to do. Undecided   Thank goodness Erica taught me the necessity of making backups before making major changes.

I believe that is already on the list of changes going into 2.0. I will double check and suggest it if it is not on the list.
