Sub Form Color confusion

I made a parent form and a sub Form.

The Parent form backgrond is a green color
The Sub Form on the Parent Form has a tan color

On the SubForm, the background is White.
All elements but one have background color of grey
One element has background of yellow

This is the problem - When opening Parent Form the SubForm in table view has turned yellow, same as the single element.  Why doesn't this show one yellow and all grey elements on a tan color subform box instead of everything being yellow.?

These are my questions - If I have more than one color background in the sub form fields which color will show up when on the parent form?  Why not both grey and yellow?  Why yellow vs. gray? Even if fields all change to one color why does box for subform change from tan to the field colors?

If I use Form view instead of Table View then colors are OK
but  I need to use table view to see many records.

IS this broken or am I doing something bad?  Did I foget to do something else?

Hello,

Try changing the Tan color that is the background color of the subform element on the parent form to a slightly different shade of Tan.  For example, if right now it's back fill color is R: 223 G: 229 B: 146, which can be found by looking on the Color/Text tab of the Property Viewer, try changing it's color to R: 223 G: 229 B: 147. Just modify one of the R, G or B values to be either slightly higher or slightly lower than what it is currently set to. You can specify custom colors by changing the Colors drop down to "Custom" on the Color tab of the Property Editor.
