Import Q&A data into existing Sesame records?

Is it possible to import data from Q&A 5.0 into existing records in the target Sesame database?  Or is the creation of new records the only way it can be done?

Import creates new records. To get data into existing records, you need to use either one of the XLookup family or File I/O.
