The issue is really one of a monitor display. We have some "old eyes" that insist on an 800x600 display. I've had to cram things together so the main boday of the Form, where they do all of their work, is the only thing displayed. Those of us that do the reports, upgrades, etc., know that there are additional tabs and elements further down on the form. The PO# element needs to be on the screen so things get charged properly. There-in lies the rub. The PO# element is needed to be viewed, but never accessed by most users, and those that would access it -- there's no room to display some tips on how to input retrieval criteria. That's why I was looking at a message box.

Well, as I said, once folks are trained how to enter the criteria correctly a message box would probably just be bothersome anyway. Don't waste any more time on this.
