Based on the negative review one of you recently posted on CNet, I'm concerned that whoever it is may still be using a hotfix for some reason. If you are still using a hotfix, please download 1.1.4. The hotfixes take care of specific and immediate needs that are directly affecting a particular user and should be replaced with a full release version (like 1.1.4) as soon as possible.
