Looking for an Inside Sesame file

I'm studying Inside Sesame for tips and tricks regarding PrintString(), and on page 8 of the March 2005 issue Tom mentions an application, printstring_center_text.db, that should be included with that month's subscriber download files.  The zip I downloaded that is associated with this issue contains 10 files, but none of them are the one referenced.  Does anyone have this db?

Send Tom an e-mail at office@insidesesame.com and ask him for the file.

Will do, thanks.  Although I've now read the associated article and it looks helpful for centering text, but not necessarily for truncating a string, which is what I'm trying to do.  But I've added him to my address book, thanks again.

For truncating a string you would use @Left() to take only the part of the string that you can fit. If you know how big of an area you are printing into and are using a fixed width font, then it will be the same amount of characters each time. If not you can use PrintString(), @PageExtentX() and @Left() to print the string over and over again each time making it smaller until it will fit.
