Is three any command available to delete subrecords. I have difficulties locating programming command even for deleting a record. Am I missing something? Is there any other way to delete a record without going through a command tree or calling in @selectTreeItem( )?

Using SelectTreeItem to trigger the delete is how you do it in 1.x. 2.0 has a FormDeleteRecord command that can delete records directly. The XResultSet commands can also delete records.
