Location: Best Western Hotel Tria - Cambridge, MA
Cost: $350 per person (the usual)

What does "jumpstart" mean in this context?

It means that I would assume that attendees have a good knowledge of 1.x. The class would cover 2.0 features that tend to be immediately and powerfully useful, such as:
Merge Print
XResultSet
Internet Features
Quick Reports
Table Specs
Etc...

The class would be more focused and much more "hands on" than is possible with a Conference presentation.

Sounds interesting and I would like to attend, but the date is problematical.  I've been called to appear for jury duty on the 20th.  You never know with these things, I may get picked, I may be dismissed.  I'd hate to sign up for the 21st and then have to miss it because I was sitting in a jury box wearing a {gah} suit and tie.
