Set a standard element spacing in designer?

Is there a way in Sdesigner to select a bunch of elements and set a standard vertical spacing between them?  I know how to do Less/More/Equal, but I'd like to select a bunch that are all over the place and space them 18 units apart.

Version 2 now allows Snap To Grid.  That may be helpful to you.

In Designer at the top Command Panel, click on Editing Controls.
Click on Snap to Grid, set width and height.

Default values can be set in the sesame.ini file.

PS, we missed you at SANE on Saturday.

Thanks, I'll try all of those.  Is there an ini setting that tells SDesigner how to increment "more space" and "less space"?

Sigh, sorry.  I have several "issues" that prevented me from going, the least of which is that my laptop is in the shop so I would have been arriving empty-handed.  But the biggest problem is one I've never told you about, and if I ever get the courage, some day I will.

Don't think there is an INI setting to do that, but you can use +/-n in the X/Y Position fields in the Property editor to make some fine adjustments.

Example, putting +3 in the X Position field, will move the selected element(s) 3 pixels to the right every time you click on the arrow to the right.  Putting -4 in Y Position will move the selected elements up 5 pixels.  This also works on Width and Height fields.

Re not at SANE on Saturday, no need to explain.  Just surprised because posting on Friday said "see you tomorrow".  Do what you have to do.  We will still be there every 3 months.
