There are 3 problems with waking up designing/programming Sesame in your sleep.

1) It takes away valuable dreaming time that could be spent dreaming about frolicking on a sunny beach with Jennifer Aniston in a skimpy bikini.

2) None of the work getting done in my dreams has any practical application to Real Life.  Yet.

3) I'm not getting paid for it.

We get some of our best coding done while we're sleeping. Or driving. Or showering. Or dreaming about driving to the shower. Or...

I figured you might, that's why I tacked on "Yet".  Hopefully I'll reach that stage someday.  And then, of course, I'll have to have a long talk with my boss about why he has to start paying me to sleep.

This post is like a bad car wreck at the side of the road, you know you should not look but can not help but rubberneck. I know better then to post comments on this but can not help myself…

I am all for frolicking, however I do not know about the beaches were you are but frolicking on the beaches near me gets sand in some very unpleasant places. Now if you replace Jennifer Aniston with someone who is a great coder, you get to have a great time while being productive.  Wink

Coders don't like the whole sand thing either. And, while we're on the subject, how do you know that Jennifer Aniston isn't a great Sesame coder, hmmmm?

Nah.  I like to inject a bit of humor into the fora.  Sometimes they get heavy with everybody's problems, and need a bit of fluff to lighten things up.

UBER GEEK!!  In your dreams!

But Aniston might be a great coder, who knows?  Anyone have her email address?  I'd like to ask her if she knows how to program an element to perform an XLookup into its own navel.

Some don't like that whole sunlight thing either. And with that I'm going back into my cave.

I bribed the new guard with a piece of chocolate, so I was free for a few seconds until I was dragged back to my desk and shackled to it.  Wink
