Hi all,
I have a Subform in a table view with the following field names in it

Status       (Data in it is, open closed on time over time)
EWR Job Number
Job Name
QS

I want to be able to from the main form, click a button or a pop up menu, saying show all records  in the subform with the values "open" or closed ....etc

I have been trying some code in the forums, and some stuff that I have done, but i am afraid that the wall now has a big hole in it from where I have been banging my head against it

Please any help would be great

Have you tried Version 2's new command:  @XResultSetSearch?
I think that is what you are looking for.  You can select the records with search criteria, then loop through them as needed.  Possible display then in the new Alternate Form?

This sounds like the beginning of a new utility.
Button click results in PopUp asking which sub records to display?  All / Pick List of PreDefined / AdHoc-define now

Has someone already done this?

I have a command button that runs a report with a statis of open with a attached retreive spec, copied  the report and attached a closed retrieve spec to a second command button. Maybe not exactly what you're looking for but it will work until you can figure out something better.  Wink
