Why these files?

When we install Sesame, there are four files, namely TUTGOOD.dtf, TUTGOOD.idx, TUTBAD.dtf and TUTBAD.idx in Sesame2\data directory (also same way in the earlier versions).  Obviously those are Q&A files. Why are they there? Just wondering!!

These files are used by the Quick-Start Tutorial for the Q&A Translator.
