	Is it possible to upgrade from Plus 1.1.5A to V2 Personal via download? Are the Users and Programming guide updates part of the download?

Yes, you can just order the Personal V.1 to Personal V.2 upgrade and it will work. However, by downgrading to the Personal version, you will no longer be able to run client/server or make use of the new web server capabilities. The new manuals are part of the download in PDF format.

	We have stand-alone applications, and do not need client/server or Web server capabilities. So, we will opt for the personal version. Thanks for the speedy response.
